"ベルン旧市街に行くための滞在地として利用しました。同じ人が中心となって作り上げた中世の街並みが美しい、本当に中世に来たかのうような街でした。 街からお城まではかなり坂を登ります。スーツケースを持って歩くのはかなり大変だったので、できれば車でのご利用がいいかもしれません。バスで近くまで行ってお城まで歩いて行けなくはないです。 お城の中の滞在スペースは清潔に改装されていてとても居心地の良い空間でした。 滞在者が無料で見れるミュージアムも内容が面白く、世界とヨーロッパの文化を比べていました。また、お城の上まで登って街を見下ろすことができます！"

"Tudo foi perfeito, mas o que mais me impressionou foi a simpatia de todos os funcionários. O Kin ou Ken que me atendeu na recepção me ajudou demais em tudo na cidade, pelo que agradeço muito. Havia também uma moça na recepção muitíssimo simpática, que sempre estava sorridente e feliz em atender todos. Fiquei muito feliz de ter ficado aqui. O café da manhã é excelente também. As camas não são aquelas de luxo, mas melhor custo-benefício não há. Indico mil vezes!!"

"My stay was great. Awesome location just a short walk from Lake Zug, parks, and restaurants. The property is right next to the train stop which makes transportation very convenient to get in and out of Zug. I Stayed in one of the shared dorms. The beds could use curtains for some privacy but everything was clean in the room upon arrival. Staff was very friendly."
