"The property was clean and welcoming. The room was somewhat small (not unexpected in an historic building), We enjoyed our stay, and will consider the Blackburn when returning to Staunton in the future. One note for future guests, the floors on the first level can be quite chilly, so slippers are a must."

"Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Overall a great place to stay. Two things I was a little disappointed with though, breakfast didn't start till 6:30 and I had to leave at 6:00am. The rooms are nice but extremely small, smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Would most likely pick a different hotel for that reason alone"

"Most of the parking was taken up in front of our room but there was plenty of other parking. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of hot choices (biscuits and gravy, egg and cheese omelet, waffles) and regular options like bagels, English muffins, toast, cereal. The room was clean and no issues were noted with the plumbing. The bed was comfortable. Small pillows but acceptable."
