We had our evening meal and drinks there which were good quality and value for money. The breakfast was top notch and you helped yourself to good quality coffee and toast. "This hotel was probably state of the art 35/40 yrs ago. It’s very well photographed but in honesty… it’s awful. Rooms are worn out, carpets in places are threadbare. Bathroom had various it’s broken or loose. In the evenings was a constant smell of over cooked vegetables that was very unpleasant. Having spoken to locals it’s recently been taken over but it’s in need of HUGE investment I (and neither will my colleagues) definitely won’t be staying there again."
