"Great modern property in the Dayton suburbs. Had decent breakfast and plenty of close, free parking. Plenty of good shopping and dining options close at hand. When we had a "issue" with a "noisy neighbor" they did try to make it up to us. If you have business or family near Centerville, Beavercreek, Kettering, or Dayton, it is a wonderful place to stay. Would definitely consider staying there again."

"It was about a 10 minute drive from Dayton airport. I felt safe being alone. I checked in late, staff was kind. The room appeared nice, bed was comfy. There was hair on wall of bathtub, water wouldn’t drain well, toilet seat was super loose. Something sticky was on carpet when I walked on it. Two different easy access plugs didn’t work. I didn’t tell staff anything because it was a midnight check in but there’s some things that could be corrected."

"Pros: Nice large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Cons: The water in the shower never gets truly hot and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to even be warm. The accessible room we booked was only truly accessible once you were inside, there were two heavy swinging doors that you must go through to get the room."

"Breakfast is as very good. The big problem was this place allows pets and it was obvious. Not the cleanest and I heard some dogs barking. I don’t understand this and will more than likely never stay in this type of hotel again. "
