Bed & pillow are very comfortable. All staff (front door, front and breakfast waitress) are very nice. We were very happy to choose this hotel.

Location to getting on the cruise ship. Access to circular quay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was dusty and there was Linkt on the floor from the clothes dryer.
