"Such a great hotel - super convenient location, very clean, tidy and lovely spacious rooms considering its city location. We loved being so close to the trams and train, and we could get into the centre in just 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed all the amenities of the room. "Was an absolutely amazing experience staying for a milestone birthday. Recognised for my Bonvoy status even though it was booked through a third party platform and upgraded to a suite with a partial harbour view. Was lovely having a beer on the patio looking over the gardens and harbour. Surprised with balloons in the room with cake from Chef. Then later surprised again with more sweet treats and candle with the staff singing happy birthday when I went to the club lounge for pre-dinner...
