"This was one of the first boutique hotel decades ago and recently had a major refurbishment- the results are outstanding. It’s staff and central Darlinghurst have always been great, but now the rooms and facilities are totally fantastic in a C21st manner. I experienced a deep, deep sleep and really didn’t want to check out and face the day. Will definitely stay again…"

"The location is great. Their manager Dave is the super star. The rooms and bathrooms are large and ours had no view. The aircon made a knocking sound and they fixed it. Its a refurbished, 100 yr old building so some issues are bound to happen. Works better as a business hotel."

"This property is in a convenient location close to Sydney's Central Rail Station, CBD and Circular Quay. There are numerous dining options, plus grocery and convenience stores very close by. The property, itself, is in reasonable shape but could use a bit of a refresh. I booked a room with a balcony, and fortunately, they put me on the 7th floor bc the balcony door did not lock.
