We were extremely disappointed from the initial arrival 3 full smelly garbage bins in front garden surrounded by swarms of flies and bins remained full for the 5 days we were there. Grass 50cm+ high and unkept gardens, rotting mail and magazines in driveway, the powerbox doors hanging off exposed to the weather. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable but broken picture mounts had pictures sitting on floor, mirrors were all filthy, dishwasher had a leak and toilet dripped, no bath mat until it was demanded, freezer was filthy, old chip packets and other half used food items in cupboards. Rest of house was mostly clean and easy walk to Bondi. If they just spent $15,000 on a decent refit it would be lovely and rustic I do think Expedia needs to check their listings more diligently. We will still book with them but research more and will never stay at a Pelican suites property again. I could go on but hopefully you have moved on with your search
