The whole experience right from check in was top notch. We learnt so much about the animals we saw and the night time visit lets you see them more active than during the day. We had the opportunity to feed the giraffe breakfast which was very exciting.
The accomodation was comfortable clean, and perfect for the glamping experience. We were right near the toilets which didnt bother us at all and was handy. The view of sydney from the tent area and viewing platform is 2nd to none. Sunset while enjoying drinks and nibbles was a highlight. Dinner was african inspired, and was fresh plentiful and delicious.. kids were catered for as well. We visited during pride month so were enteretained at dinner further with the drag show which happened to be on that night, although a little heads up about the colourful language used would have been nice since young children were there, but it was fun aside from that.
This brings me to the guides, i feel guides can make or break an experience and ours totally topped off this amazing night. Fun enthusiastic and so knowledgeable about all we saw., so very helpful and accomodating. Their enthusiasm carried through to our early start the next morning , as you are up early to see the sunrise and more animal adventure s first thing..
Roar and snore had been on my bucket list to do for years, its not cheap but worth every cent and all money goes to the conservation of the animals which is great to know.
