"Clean, comfortable, very wheelchair accessible unit. Good layout. Beds extremely comfy. Nice view of the city through the building scape. Bathroom layout perfect for a wheelchair user although we didn’t have time to try the shower. Hotel staff were pleasant, accommodating and kind. The only issues accessibility wise were one bedroom was a bit close to the wall meaning transfer was tight. But doable. Bed is at perfect height for pivot/slideboard transfer. But not good for hoisting or other transfer equipment. The lift to the pool is VERY small. We managed to squeeze a power wheelchair and 2 adults in… just. All other lifts were a good useable size. Accessibility to the train station is easy via the laundromat. Take away and good cafes right near by. The best coffee and service being at Social Society with fair prices for good food (and awesome coffee, and great service. Quiet rooms and everything you would need for a short stay in the kitchen. However the kitchen isn’t accessible for a power wheel chair user. The door into the room isn’t automated so a WC user may need help. "
