"The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry".
I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but the hotel only agreed to 30% which is better than nothing, but really not enough to convince a client to come back. Disappointing."
