"Great location with plenty of free parking. The room was quite small but we were only there for one night and had very little luggage. Good restaurant. Service was excellent. Staff were particularly friendly and helpful."

"The bathrooms are extremely grubby, shower cubicles filled with grime, we were booked in for 4 nights, the 1st night we didn't pay much attention to the place (we were knackered), the next morning we couldn't believe just how filthy the place was ! Spoke to management about getting a refund on the 1st night and we'd consider moving rooms, upon looking at other rooms they weren't much better. The management weren't able to make any decisions so had to call the owner (Carlton i believe he was called), who refused any offer we came up with. From chatting to staff they've spoken about the rooms needing refurbished but the owner has always refused. In summary...great staff,absolutely stinking rooms."
