"O pior hotel que tem em Goiânia a recepção é péssima mal educada , o quarto e horrível sujo fede a mofo, tv e ar não funcionava direito, o elevador parecida que iria cair barulhento as tolhas e lençóis fedendo e ainda tinha uma banheira velha que vc tem que entrar p/tomar banho tudo velho sem manutenção o chuveiro ruim o café da manhã e básico cheguei p/tomar café às 9 quase não tinha leite quente e tbm não repõem os alimentos em fim não recomendo e muito menos irei voltar a diária e cara pra não entregarem nada por fora o hotel e bonito mais por dentro abandonado velho sujo fedido péssima estadia e as janelas não tem segurança com grades muito perigosos pra quem viaja com criança"

"Breakfast buffet was ok, needed to be refreshed more often. Staff ok. Hotel is under renovation, 1 elevator was broken for more than a week according to staff and the other one that was working wasn’t stoping on all floors. Air conditioning was ok "

"Breakfast seemed typical of Brazil, lots of bread, cakes, selection of cereals, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, then hot stuff like eggs (fried or scrambled), sausage and sweet potatoes. Tea, coffee and fruit juices. Hotel rooms basic, but functional. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned, fridge and TV. Wifi is patchy at best everywhere except reception. "

"Breakfast was great. Staff were fabulous. The house keeper who cleaned my room yesterday (Saturday March 30th) was an artist. All staff were great, but the men at the front desk, a young man in the restaurant and a middle aged lady at the restaurant were just outstanding! I wish I could name them; but I felt impolite to ask for their names! Room was spacious with good air conditioning, and they had agreed to give me a higher level room (16th floor), which had a very nice view of the city. The only things that can improve are: Adding a coffee maker to the Kitchener in the rooms. And fixing the motion sensors for the hallway lights; they didn’t turn on fast enough and landing in a big, dark, empty hallway was kind of scary! I still give it a 5 star, as everything else was great. "

"Air conditioning was capped at 24C. Staff was very nice. Room was far away from being rated “luxurious “, with a couple of towels, no light in bathroom and one blanket. There were only a couple of utensils available and no trash can in the kitchen. Sofa bed was offered as option for bed but there were non linens or blankets available to cover the sofa. "

"The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that."

"I didn’t like the hotel. The television wouldn’t turn off, the shower was dripping all night, and the sink was also dripping all night. The people who work cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise and drag furniture around. In other words, if you want to rest, do not come to this hotel."
