"Check in easy and polite, live piano in the lobby bar on Tues Thurs Sunday 8-11 pm, robes and complimentary bottle of red were a nice touch in our junior suite, balconies great with awesome view is the bay, and outlets were universal taking American, European, and UK charge types and maybe Australian and Asian too. "Location: 5 minutes slow walk to and from the airport bus station. Surrounded by restaurants. 20 minutes slow walk to the Sliema Ferry terminal to Valletta and/or Sliema city centre. "Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. "Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, aussi bien à l’accueil que du côté du service en chambre, toujours souriant et disponible. Ils sont également très arrangeants, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. La présence de quelqu’un à l’accueil jour et nuit est un vrai plus, offrant un sentiment de confort et de sécurité. La chambre est spacieuse et bien agencée : même à quatre, on a largement de l’espace, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable....
