"One of the top hotels I have ever stayed. The service was nothing less than exceptional. The Reserve was the high end room in this hotel and it was worth every penny. We felt like royalty. From the greeting on the airport tarmac to the wonderful checkin. The housekeeping staff was so amazing. We have really never had this level of perfection in any other place we have stayed. "The hotel is fairly high up the hillside, so the drive up is exciting! The hotel itself is amazing. We had a great corner room and balcony with amazing sea and valley views. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was the restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, so dinners had to be elsewhere. "
