"When we got to the hotel the check in was pure chaos. There were not enough rooms for many they booked and must of been around 100 people waiting in the lobby. When we got our room it was so small we couldn’t barely open our suitcase inside of it. The staff was nice but definitely over worked so you could feel the stress when you needed help. The room was clean overall but the room was very old and outdated and you needed to use the big light to turn on all the small lights which I found strange. We only stayed one night thank goodness because we were flying out the next day."

The attention to detail, comfort of the bed, and overall cleanliness were flawless. The executive lounge was one of the highlights of our stay. The service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout, with an excellent selection of drinks, cocktails, and beautifully presented food during cocktail hour and breakfast. It created such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere after busy days exploring Tokyo. The hotel’s location in Shiodome was also perfect — connected conveniently to transit while still feeling calm and upscale. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. Royal Park Hotel Iconic Tokyo Shiodome truly delivered a luxury experience with impeccable hospitality. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo looking for comfort, elegance, and outstanding service."
