"Everything looks good"

"Parking garage is small and not ideal for trucks or even a large SUV. Parking fills up super fast as well. Saw multiple guests with pets, pool was small and had hours of operation but no clock in the pool area for guidance. Breakfast was typical hotel staples and decent"

"The front desk was helpful our room stinks bad smells coming out of the AC when we up the heat. We were both getting light headed from the smell we wanted to change our room but the front office said he will return our call back he never did. So the service overall is bad."

"Disappointing. Nice enough but as soon as you step off the elevator from the parking lot to the lobby, heavy and unpleasant aromas of cigarette smoke as the entrance to the casino is also right off the elevator. When checking in with our child, we were informed that the casual restaurants wouldn't allow underage customers so we'd have to do take out. The pool is very small so we didn't use it although the hot tub looked inviting. Room was a little above average but when we got back after a concert we wanted to watch TV and it wouldn't turn on. It was late so we told the front desk in the morning and they were supposed to send somebody to fix it. We get back to the room at 6 PM that day and the TV still wouldn't turn on. I called the front desk and they said they would send somebody up. Nobody ever came up. I can live without TV but that night my wife wasn't feeling well and we were in the room from 6 PM through the whole night. Nobody ever came and zero follow up. TV was fully plugged in but finally after a few hours of waiting, I unplugged it for 30 seconds and then plugged it back in. In worked after that but it was too late to really help kill the time. I'm sure they'd prefer that their guests not pull the TV out and mess with the wires though. I know as a guest that I would prefer not to mess with it either."

"The staff was great! The rooms could be cleaner. There was a dirty brown towel in the corner of the bathroom that I found. The surfaces looked like they had not been wiped. The elevator was working!"

"I liked the room size, the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. They have breakfast but did not eat at the hotel so i cannot comment on the quality of it. Very close to the casino. I really enjoyed my stay."
