The health dept closing down the breakfast sign was nice. The microwave missing a door was fun. While the staff was very friendly, the pictures on the website came np where close to what you werr actually staying in.

Got what we paid for

It wasn't the greatest but it did the job. It appeared to have some contruction/small repairs in the room and the hotel. I got a discounted rate on hotels.com which I got what I paid for but if I had to pay full price, it wasn't worth it. The staff was nice and the people were nice.

Pictures are deceiving on website.. I paid for a jetred tub room-unable to use- no way to plug tub up.. fridge had loud hum all night, premises and hallways dirty, full of teash- due to the hotels.com website incorrect advertising- there is a Sunshine I and a Sunshine II.. Sunshine I took my money, but didnt have jetted room, stated they were unable to refund money- so sent me to Sunshine II.. who didntcallow dogs (I have a dog and paid extra deposit at Sunshine I). Manger made an 'exception' for my dog.. since no dogs or smoking allowed in jetted room- however room smelled of old cigarette smoke and unable to use jetted room. I could of just paid for a regular room and not wasted 1.5 hours of my time trying to get the jetted room issue updated.

This must of been the worst stay in all of my travels. I understand that this a cost friendly option. However it falls well below the mark of any comfort, cleanliness and safety. Horrible experience! Frankly I shocked that hotels.com would have this as an option on there platform. Not as advertised and Truly disappointing. The list is too long to mention all the items wrong with this experience. Overall reconsider booking here unless you don’t value personal higiene and safety.

not so great customer service

we got a hot tub room and the hot tub did not work. The front office guy came down and was not able to fix it. He asked me to come up to the front to get partial payment returned to me. He saud he wasnt able to do it at the moment but he would leave a note so when i checked out in the morning the person working could process the refund. When I went to check out there was no note left so i did not get a refund.

I had a reservation for months, but when I showed up, there were no rooms available. The company had you sign in at the motel in front of it because it didn't have a lobby or anyone to talk to you. The front and side doors were just propped open open. Many people lingering around. Broken glass from broken car windows all over the back parking lot. I could go on, but it's not worth my time. I locked my credit card immidiately to make sure they didn't charge me for the room they didn't have for me. I wouldn't put it past this company.... definitely gave me the feeling of a scam, whether purposely overbooking to make sure enough people actually stayed there or charging the people too offended by the property to stay there. Worst booking mistake I have ever made. I can't believe expedia even allows they to be on their website.
