"I was excited to travel to this property with my children because it advertised as having a water park. When we arrived, the signage was clear, the atmosphere felt safe and the lobby was clean and bright. It started off great!
We arrived very soon after check-ins began and were promptly helped by Jeremy at Customer Service. Here's where I want to provide BIG KUDOS! Jeremy was friendly and professional, much like you would expect of any Guest Service Agent at a hotel, however, what made him and our experience worthy of 5 stars was his attentiveness.
Jeremy listened closely as he asked what brought us to that property in Orlando. When I mentioned that it was my son's 11th birthday, Jeremy went to work! He provided us with exceptional service, including working out a fantastic upgrade to our room that provided privacy at the end of the hall and a view of the pool. He heard my son speak up to say he preferred an upper-level room and got us on the 6th floor. Jeremy told me about the many amenities and attractions that were at the property and nearby, AND he even informed me that because it was my son's birthday, we could get an ice cream treat! All of this warmed my heart to excess and the rest of our check-in and stay was wonderful!
To top that all off, the very next day, as we were in the lobby, Jeremy remembered us and wished my son an official Happy Birthday and escorted us to the ice cream counter to ensure we got what he promised.
