Thanks for your feedback. I have already terminated the caretaker and replaced her with a more responsible one to ensure that this won't happen again. About the bill, its the caretaker's responsibility and she was just making alibi. Though I was not able to answer your call, it does not mean I knew and tolerated what happened. I am the owner of the unit and it will be high improbable that I allow my caretaker to be negligent with her work.

We appreciate your booking but upon checking, your booking was received by our team few minutes before you came. It seemed that you booked our place when you're already there. That time, we had walk-in guest that we have already accepted before we even received your booking. We told you to give us few minutes and we'll transfer you to another unit but you told us not to assist you anymore. It seemed that you wanted to do it yourself. We are sorry but we cannot assist those who don't want assistance.

We are very sorry if you had this experience. We asked our staff what happened and according to her, the laundry shop placed the sheets inside the plastic even though its still a bit wet, causing the the musty odor. We ensure our future guests that this won't be an issue anymore.
