"Very clean property. Rooms are clean. Odore free."

"The hotel it's beautiful but the staff from reception let it down, the gentleman make us feel more like arriving to a precint asking us for the identification and credit card. No giving us a warm welcome. Then, he gave us the last room (disabled room i might add). But the staff from the restaurant at breakfast, they were so helpful. I hope the hotel give more training to the staff at front of the house"

"La struttura gode di una splendida posizione, le camere sono accoglienti e gli spazi comuni (spa, piscina, bar e ristorante) sono piacevoli. Purtroppo, però, il servizio non è assolutamente all'altezza di un hotel 4 stelle: a colazione, nonostante la sala fosse quasi vuota, nessuno ci ha accolti o serviti: abbiamo dovuto richiedere personalmente sia i cappuccini sia i caffè. Al bar della piscina non è stato possibile ordinare uno Spritz perché mancava una bombola e ci è stato proposto un Campari...

"Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie."

"personale gentilissimo, comode le piscine interne e notevole la possibilità per gli ospiti dell'hotel di poter entrare gratuitamente anche al Lido Sassabanek attiguo (bello ma affollato quindi abbiamo preferito rimanere in struttura), bellissimo il parco interno che è una vera oasi di pace e natura, buona la cena in mezza pensione, ottima la prima colazione, pronto intervento per riparazione porta finestra in stanza trovata rotta all'arrivo."

"Room was quiet & comfortable, although pretty basic. The shower over the bath did not work. Staff on reception were very friendly & helpful. A car is needed to explore the area further as taxis are very expensive."

"Établissement honnête, mais sans plus. Lit vétuste, pas de réfrigérateur. Déjeuner correst, mais aucun fruit. Aucune table à l'extérieur pour profiter du site. Les photos affichées sur Expedia ne réflette pas le véritable hôtel (bâtiment adjacent). Somme toute acceptable pour une nuitée."
