It would be nice to have its own laundry rooms in the hotel so guests don't need to go outside to get their clothes washed. The room is small but acceptable. People work there were nice and professional. The coffee from self service coffee machine was very good.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Eateries nearby where we can have nice food, only bad thing is that night market is not walkable distance. We stayed there for 2 nights, and had a few incidents during the stay. I would like to thank the curly hair boy for his excellent service and helpfulness!! Had forgotten to get his name.. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Don’t stay here in the summer if you expect the AC to work and cool off. It’s meek airflow so you barely get cool. Staff is not helpful and don’t inform you of all the rules until after things need to be resolved. Terrible service and rigid management! Room was dusty and air grills were not clean so just blowing dust on you. Also really poor design of AC grill location to make the system perform inadequately. I will never stay here again even though it looks nice on the outside. Don’t be fooled.

Overall I would give it a 4 Start as a 3-star hotel. The parking was available but hard to access due to limitations of the spaces. The rooms were small. If you have big luggages, you may run out of space in the room.

I lost my valuables at this hotel. They are real silver earrings and a necklace. Normally, I wouldn't have put them near the sink, but I was so tired and had an early morning tour that I forgot to store them somewhere else. When I returned to my room after the tour, the room had been cleaned, but my valuables were gone. I had a suspicion that someone had stolen them, but I couldn't prove it because I didn't have any evidence. I checked all my luggage, but I couldn't find them, so I told the hotel front desk. I exchanged emails with the hotel all day, and I decided to meet with the manager at 9 p.m. to talk about the incident. However, the manager I met at 9 p.m. was not fully aware of the situation. I had been emailing the hotel about the incident since the morning, and I didn't understand why I had to explain everything to the manager again. The manager even suspected my mother, who was staying with me, which made me very angry. I ended up going to the police station and reporting the theft. They refunded me the hotel fee, but the amount was less than 1/3 of the price of the money I lost. Since they are no longer being manufactured, I can't buy the earrings and necklace again. These are the products I have been wearing the most for 10 years and because of that incident, I had to spend one day of my trip in ruins. I cried all day and felt really bad.
