Not responsive at all on Expedia. There was no shuttle from the airport option (one of our questions that were never answered by the hotel) and the local neighborhood shuttle didn’t run frequently enough for use. Even though we checked in pretty late, at about 2 AM, the housekeeping wasn’t done as there was no hand soap in the room and we found a stack of hair from previous occupants in the bathroom. However, the private onsen in the room was great and the location was ideal for exploring the Beitou area.

Loved the hot spring tub. We were given an old room. Everything was pretty old. AC doesn’t really work. Couldn’t close the shower door. Headboard is loose. Other than that it’s comfortable and the shower water and hot spring water was hot and with good pressure.

椅子は欲しいです…あとは文句なし^^

個室で温泉が楽しめるので、大浴場で他の人がいるのを嫌う自分自身としては大変ありがたかったです。いつでも好きな時に自室で温泉が楽しめる自由さは本当に良いですね。新北投駅からは歩いて15分くらい？速足の人なら10分強？という距離をどう感じるかは個人によるかと。唯一の要望ですが、宿泊した部屋に椅子が1脚も無かったので、同宿者がベッドで眠っている間の居場所が無い点だけ何とかしていただけると良いですね。

一晚台幣7千多，故意騎機車過去，結果門口的泊車阿北看到我詢問東西連理都不理，牙刷刮鬍刀要另外買，陽台外面是一般住家，打開窗簾會走光，空調進氣口髒污開了一直咳嗽，附設的餐廳應該是經營不善而倒閉（那個冷淡的態度很正常），我知道北投溫泉飯店業者本來就態度傲慢，我會再多試幾間飯店再決定要不要把這區全部弄掉。

北投溫泉の新 北投駅から坂道を15分ほど登ります。 温泉街の中腹にあり、露天風呂や瀧の湯、駅前までのアクセスは、徒歩で歩けます。部屋に温泉をひけ、24時間入れるのは、よかったですが、地下の部屋だったので、眺望は無しです。温泉に入りながら、一杯もできました。温泉好きにはよいかも。値段が時期のせいもありますが、コスパは良くない。
