Review of Hilton Taipei Sinban I was quite satisfied with Hilton Taipei Sinban in almost every aspect. The hotel is clean and feels very safe. Its location is excellent, with well-developed surrounding facilities including a fancy department store. You can easily pick up a delicious sushi lunch box or visit the nearby food court and other eateries. The rooftop swimming pool is very clean and well maintained. The fitness center, while mid-sized, is equipped with several machines and offers a great view of the city. The staff seemed attentive and ready to assist guests at any time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return.

We book a room for 3 people, 3 single beds. The toilet is separated from bethroom, its good as then when someone is taking shower, you still could use toilet. But I will suggest the restroom not only have washing basin but also need to have soap and towels. We have 4 meals in hotel, as they provide 20% discount for tenant, very nice food and service.

Good Location

Beautiful hotel - but very, very busy - lobby was always bustling, sometimes a wait for the elevator. Staff were friendly. There was a wedding photo shoot/preparation of some sort happening beside my room Saturday - lots of traffic in and out of the room and slamming of door. Camera equipment all over the hallway floors. Not exactly. Pros and Cons. Not ideal.

The hotel hardware was great but the staff especially those in the check in counter and lobby could have been a bit more friendly, they are very polite but we didn’t feel the warmest. Just doing the job they are assigned. Also the passage to the bridge connecting the subway was not lighted in the night after 10.

Problem of bed bugs

Had an issue with bed bugs. Woke up with multiple bite marks. Management did cleaning of room but still had new bites the next night. Eventually room was changed and issue settled. Quite surprised with bed bugs problem in such a well-reputed hotel. The first night manager mr Edward was reasonable and sensible with approach. Subsequently very little service recovery from Management. The interactions made me feel like Management is suggesting that the bite marks are from my day of activities outside the hotel or an allergic reaction (rather from bed bugs bites from the hotel bed). I can understand bed bugs happenings in a hotel setting, the problem handling and service recovery was just rather poor for such a branded hotel chain

Check in at 6.30 am no door person to assist with the luggage from the taxi,breakfast at 8 am the fruits were not replenished and also the hot ham not replenished could not have that as a choice asked for a poached egg that was also not possible,2 nd day at breakfast same problems dome of the food on offering not replenished and not available staff do not look to fill empty dishes I think more training needed for a quality hotel like the hilton
