It's also about a 10-15 walk to the historic Dihua street, one of the oldest areas of the city which was once the main market area (still lots of interesting shops there that cater to the local...good photo opps too with some older buildings)

My luggage was lost but was found at the end of day. Room has strong odor smell. Seems like a humidity smell. Shower was leaking. We complaint & they fix it. Location is good. Care-four supermarket next door. Buffet breakfast food is pretty good. Staffs were friendly & helpful.

great hotel to stay near Taipei station. easy access to MRT station, 中山area too. Grocery store is locate to the next building in basement. enough space in the room, clean double bed, I’m satisfied with this hotel.

Great!

The room condition was great and spaceous. It was quiet and clean. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in, and the hotel is only 5 mins walking from downtown so there are lots of stores. I am willing to stay here again if I visit Taipei.

The area around the hotel is great. Close to train stations, the river and night market. The room was alright. The bed was comfortable, but we got an accessible room for some reason which had a non stand up shower requiring you to hold the shower head over you to shower. The sink was also extremely small for some reason. The property is pretty dingy and due for some carpet cleaning, paint, etc. What we paid was pretty cheap though so considering things it wasn’t too bad. The younger gentleman at the front desk was also very helpful to us finding our way to the airport upon checkout.

I had a good time in this hotel. I had a reserve of no window twin bed room. But, they upgraded our room to window room. It takes about 10 min. from Taipei Station. If you walk another 10 min., you can find some good restaurants. If there is a downside, I would say there is not shower curtain. After taking a shower, the bathroom floor was flooded with water.

The hotel is old and they host a lot of group tours which I think it leads to their slightly low score as it’s always a bit loud and crowded in the lobby. The WiFi is really slow inside the hotel room but if you reach out for help there is someway to solve it. Their service is actually not bad.

I mistakenly selected an accessible room because it was the last one available. The room is big but all at the hallway which is useless. Surprisingly, there is a very big bathroom but without any washing basin table top so all your washing stuff must be put outside the room. The only washing basin is very small which can be used only for washing your hands and withouy hot water supply. Furthermore, the male staff at the front desk were impolite, cool, irresponsible and without any customer care. On 28/12/2025, there happepened an earthquake on our last night stay. Then, a lot of tourists escaped to the lobby but the male staff just sitting behind the front desk looking at their monitors showing no concern or care to customers who were scared after the earthquake. Overall, those two staff are lack of customer concern and not approprite for working in hotel industries.

シティービューにして大変良かったです。 やはり何も見えないのは嫌かもしれません。 以前リブランド前に泊まったことがあったので、寧夏夜市にも行けましたし。 歩いて迪化街にも行ったりしました。 お部屋ももう少し明るいといいなぁと思いましたし、欧米の方向けなのかお風呂も高い感じがしたかもですね。
