"Mostly convenient since they had both 7-11 and Costa Coffee downstairs. It would have been nice if they can provide Eco-cleaning everyday instead of every 4 days. However, we were able to place the sign as please research my room and they did a good job cleaning (such as taking out garbage and gave us clean towels). Only one time we had dirty towels but the staff from downstairs gave us clean towels within 10 minutes. Other than that, it was a nice stay for 9 nights."
