"No main restaurant open, not told before we arrived only roof top bar with limited options for food . Parking a nightmare, limited spaces round hotel. Staff need extra training in customer care . Room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. Enjoyed our stay."

"Despite several hiccups during our 7 night stay, the hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is super clean and they have a nice aromatic scent throughout the lobby that you can actually smell even before you get into the building. The breakfast buffet is amazing. "This resort is in the perfect location on Golden Bay. We loved our time here and enjoyed the facilities including the pool and private beach. A Sea View room is a must if you want the most gorgeous views day and night. The balconies are private and spacious. The room has a small refrigerator, a microwave and basic kitchen supplies. Perfect for families!"

"I booked a higher room category due to mobility limitations and the need for more space. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small, with only about 20 cm between the bed and desk/wardrobe, making it hard to move or handle luggage. It was also directly on the street and noisy. I raised this at checkout, but no solution or explanation was offered."

Unser Zimmer war top, mit allem ausgestattet was Mann/Frau braucht und auch kostenlose Bademäntel waren vorhanden. Beim Frühstück war alles da, was man sich wünschte und noch mehr (frisch zubereitetes Omelett 🤗). Nach dem ersten Tag brauchte ich auch unsere Zimmernummer nicht mehr nennen, weil der Concierge Herr Nevadin alles sich gemerkt hat…...
