"Carpets are dirty and really should be replaced with tile. Floors are hollow. I was kept awake by noise coming from the floor above me. After calling the front desk with no results I went upstairs myself and asked the other guests to keep it down."

Did not get the room I booked and staff were unhelpful.in addressing the issue, request to be moved to a different room and was told nothing was available. Room had a very loud dehumidifier which had to run or the room smelled dank. The smallest shower enclosure I've ever been in, horrible shower head that barley worked. No microwave, no sitting chair or couch as indicated in the room description. Garage parking is very limited, no lifted...

When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go.
