"This hotel and its staff is so wonderful this was my 5th stay and I’ll be going back next year. It’s attached to a small town so not for people who like to get out and about to see and do things. However, if you want to relax / sunbathe in peace and quiet, in luxurious surroundings with great food it’s fab."

"The hotel is in good condition and the reception is good. The room needs more storage space or shelves for luggage or belongings. The bathrooms lack of hooks or towel racks, and there's no place to dry clothes as we are near the beach. The breakfast is very acceptable."

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."
