Amazing experience, I recommend for everyone. The food is delicious, the service is 7 stars. Nice people, nice view.

Not a bad word to say about this place. Beautiful setting, right on the beach. Hotel and grounds are amazing and very well kept - garden areas with four poster beds are just heaven. Took a walk up past the Hilton - really glad we picked Sofitel. From what we could see, much nicer beach and garden areas - and cheaper too. Hotel staff are amazing, make you feel very welcome. On site restaurants are good, if pricey. But its only 400 rupees in a taxi into Flic & Flic where you can eat in some...

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Mauritius. The hotel's about an hour's walk from the town of Flic en Flac, but there are always plenty of taxis outside the hotel that will take you there. The secluded location makes this a very relaxing place to stay. Our room was large, with the biggest bed ever and spacious marble bathroom. We had a beautiful view from our balcony over the palm trees and manicured lawns to the beach. One note of caution: our duvets and pillows were...

As the title suggest it is just that. the staff work on a " yes can do basis". The management and staff acknowledges your presence with a nice and short greeting each time and everytime wherever you find yourself. The restaurant waiting staff are very discrete and offers top service without being prompted. The CEO extended his oiwn personal welcome at a cocktail party was most gracious.

The larger 4-bed villa that I booked was lovely; we also saw the inside of a smaller 3-bed unit, and it looks like the 3-bed ones have had a bit of a refurb that hasn’t reached the 4-bed villa yet, but it was honestly lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially our cleaner Marie, who was an absolute star. Would thoroughly recommend.

Exceptional in every way! Delicious buffet for dinner and breakfast. Views best I’ve ever seen from dining area. The best service and staff. Lovely rooms

Beautiful beach, gardens and accommodation. Super friendly, helpful and professional staff Good food with variety of options. Very quiet and relaxing.

The hotel is situated next to the lovley beach. There is a beautiful garden with small swimming pool. The singing birds were waking us up for breakfast which was a buffet outside the main building. We enjoyed having breakfast in The sitting area with tables and chairs with a view of the ocean. The hospitality of The staff was great, always smilling and happy to help despite us not speaking French. The manager and her Assistant were brilliant, offered a lot of advice on places to visit and activities...

Great value for money. Very cheap & chearfull. Breakfast was nice. Very good customer service. I will definitely stay here again

Beautiful resort on the best stretch of beach in Mauritius - incredible views and sunsets each evening. The staff are all warm and friendly and go to great lengths to make you feel welcome and special. The rooms are well decorated and the beds super comfy. The resort also makes their own amenities so lovely shampoo, shower gel etc! Great food and good value too. I also had a spa treatment which was brilliant, and we loved the little extras like the secret bar and screen on the beach - as well as...

Everything about our stay was perfect! I spent a long time before we booked looking at all the different areas/hotels/reviews and everything and even made a spreadsheet to compare the best prices for our favourites- I have to say we couldn't have gone for anything better! We did see a few of the other hotels and nothing compared. Tamassa is just stunning and had a really nice relaxed feel. The staff were so lovely and helpful and made us feel very at home- even remembering our drinks orders! The...

Room was extremely comfortable and the service is exceptional. Note the sea here can be too shallow to swim in at low tide, and we stayed during a neep tide when the water was too low to use the pedaloes, canoes etc. Highly recommend the trip to swim with dolphins arranged by the hotel, note you need to be a strong swimmer though to jump off the boat on cue and swim rapidly to keep up with them - children under 12 probably couldn't manage it. The only thing which marred an otherwise fantastic...

Excellent week at awali, never had to lift a finger, attentive and friendly staff, shame they couldn't control the weather!

We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO helpful and we possible the best massages in the Spa we've ever had. We explored the 2 towns close to the resort; Port Louis seemed to be more of a day time excursion, the markets are great and its def worth a visit, but beware of getting hassled (its pretty much the opposite of been in the hotel). Grand Baie...

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights in December. Excellent service and a great place to relax and have a break. Their top priority is your comfort and the staff are extremely polite and professional and do everything they can to ensure you have a comfortable stay. They do not say no to anything you ask for!! One of the best places I have stayed at and certainly a place I would recommend to family and friends. Its a bit far out from everywhere so if you want to explore the surroundings...

This hotel is well situated close to bars shops and restaurants. Public transport is nearby and the beach is literally across the road! The rooms are well appointed clean and have nice views from most balconies. The hotel staff are excellent hard working and courteous. The pool and gym facilities and spa are good and the hotel bar is great if you don't fancy going too far! The buffet style breakfast and dinner offer a very good choice and excellent themed meals. There are a lot of...
