"Overall stay: 8/10 The experience was generally positive, but there was a significant issue that impacted our stay. The elevators were not working, which created a major challenge since I was traveling with my disabled son. Unfortunately, a room change was not accommodated despite the circumstances, and we had to rely on the stairs throughout our stay. We were told the elevators would be fixed, but that did not happen, and there were no updates or communication provided. Improved communication and better consideration for accessibility needs would have made a big difference."

"Even though this place is super cheap, if you need to sleep at night and be in a clean room, spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else. I stayed here the Sunday night before a major medical procedure at a nearby hospital. There are all sorts of shady characters loitering in the parking lot all times of day. From 1am-3am someone was playing an electric guitar with an amplifier and a microphone above us. From there I think he serenaded the building as we heard him outside our door at one point. Around 4am we heard what sounded like a gunshot from behind our building. We had it booked for two nights so my husband could stay close while I was in the hospital but we left at 7am and never returned. There was no one at the front desk to help us in the middle of the night and our room was disgusting on top of all that. Splattered food or something was on the fridge door. Do not bring kids here and do not come alone if you have no choice. Buyer beware."
