Very spacious. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 balconies. Nice view on the Marina. Everything is clean and functional. Very quiet neighborhood (no noise). Walking distance to a nice little beach in the bay. 2 little beach bar/restaurants walking distance.
