Excellent stay for one night before a cruise. Had an issue with our shower in our room not being clean and Front Desk Mgr. took care of it immediately and moved us to a new room. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice place to stay. Great walking trail right outside the hotel.

We stayed here for work. The staff were amazing and super personable. However, our room had dirty handprints on the bathroom walls. I carpet was also very dirty , I has socks on and they were discolored.

The checkin and room was fine. A problem I had was that only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. When I asked the front desk about it, they said the repair company was waiting for a part. That doesn’t explain why when I arrived on Sunday, the right elevator was the only one working but the next day, a holiday, only the left elevator was working. Not that big a deal, but if you are on the first floor and you hit the button and you see it's on the second floor, you watch it go to the top floor and stop on some floors on the way down before it comes all the way down. If both elevators worked, the other one would open right away. Like I said, not that big a deal, just annoying.

The hotel was new so it was nice, but there were few amenities for the cost. No complimentary breakfast. The restaurant was expensive and the food was not great.

Never got an email that my room was ready so I never went and I paid on line and I couldn't get through by phone when I called. Sad. And I called this morning n they picked n said they checked me out because I never showed at 3pm but I was waiting on an email to check in.. now they are saying the phone were not working . I need a refund I paid $166 and didn't stay there.
