I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property was clean and the staff were very nice. It was in a convenient location, and I didn't have any issues. I would definitely go back to this hotel when I come back for graduation at USF.

Friendly staff. Dated, needs some renovation. Good breakfast. Clean, except stained and dirty couch. Spacious room. No problems in the room. Didn't use the amenities, only stayed for a night in view of USF orientation for freshmen. Overall good for our purpose. Would stay there again. Didn't like the $50 deposit charge, which you (may) get back in a week if they don't find reasons to keep the money. The most disappointing aspect was the parking fee of $12.50 tax/day, apparently by a 3rd party company, you have to scan a QR code and pay. All this while there were lots of empty parking spots. It's not like it was in downtown Manhattan where every inch costs.
