Disappointed

So disappointed. Paying the rate we did we could have gone to a Motel 6 and get better service and experience. Had a reservation hotel was sold out and could not exchange 2nd floor room for first floor as I have joint pain issues. Then when we got into the room the floor was saturated with water from a defrosted fridge. Maintenance came and took care of it. Next morning the family went over for breakfast only to be told the truck did not show up so no breakfast. I believe it was a lame excuse because the hotel was full and it would be too much to feed everyone. Will never book with them again.

Disgusting, Noisy Hotel

The room had a smell that worsened when the air turned on. The sheets were stained. The head board was dirty. The water had a smell coming from it. It’s located off a very, very busy highway and the noise was constant all night, people speeding, screeching motorcycle tires. You could hear people talking through the walls, having sex, you name it. We also got bitten by bed bugs. This hotel is definitely not worth the money!!

Do not recommend

I checked in at 1:00 in the morning. My only + experience was w/the desk clerk, Herman. Initially, I was displeased with my original room's location, as I was staying alone. It was on the far back side of the inn, on the 1st level, faced the parking lot. I simply didn't feel secure there. I was dropped off at the hotel so had to walk, alone, to the room at almost 1:00 am. When I arrived, there were people congregated outside in the area outside the room, hence wasn't comfortable staying in that room alone. I walked back to the registration desk & Herman found a room that was a downgrade from my reservation, but located where I felt more secure. Once I actually got in my room, I was unhappy to see the condition - except the bed, which appeared visibly clean. (See pics) The floor was clearly not vacuumed (I kept my shoes on the entire time) with clothing tags and some type of food on it, the counter & faucet still had dirt/mold on them, the bathroom door had yellow streaks down it, the bathtub had dirt build up on it, light switches/plugs were dirty, the lamps (metal base) were rusty ... amongst other things. It was 1:30 am, so i just went to bed. The next am, I went down to get breakfast (incl). Choice was bagel or muffin. See photo for the bagel. So, no breakfast. The facility was no better. Defunct kid pool, broken fences/gates w/chips & rust, saw a broken fake nail poolside & the landscaping was 1/2 dead & uncared for. I was scheduled to stay 2 nights. I left that day.

They have a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Sadly, the maintenance and cleaning crews need to be upgraded. The rooms either smell like smoke or have an unpleasant odor. The floor is dirty, The refrigerator and microwave were old and dirty. The TV was small I won’t stay there again

Won’t be back.

It wasn’t good, terrible odor in the room, bathroom and room poorly cleaned. Breakfast to go nice but price was too high for what we received. We won’t be back.

Großer Pool im tropischen Garten

Wir haben uns 5 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders genossen wir viele entspannte Stunden am Pool umgeben von tropischen Pflanzen.

Terrible. Would never tag here again

Pool was 6 degrees and kiddie pool was closed that we called about. Restaurant is also closed that they said was open. Sketchy people all over parking lot.
