"I had an extremely disappointing and frightening experience at this hotel. The property is severely outdated and not well maintained. There was no elevator available, which created a significant accessibility issue. When I requested a refund due to the condition of the room and my concerns, management refused. The room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong sewage odor, the sink appeared dirty and had not been properly cleaned, there was black mold throughout the shower tile grout, and I even found bugs in the bed sheets. The overall cleanliness of the room was far below what any guest should expect. What made this experience even worse was an interaction with a male member of the cleaning staff. While assisting with my luggage, he repeatedly attempted to get me to hold his hand and began making inappropriate sexual comments. He also stood uncomfortably close to me despite my obvious discomfort. After I got away and entered my vehicle, he remained standing in the middle of the parking lot staring at me. His behavior was extremely unsettling and made me genuinely fear for my safety. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with appeared completely unconcerned and showed no interest in addressing the situation or ensuring my safety. Between the filthy room conditions, lack of accessibility, refusal to issue a refund, and the disturbing behavior of an employee, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had."
