Ramada by Wyndham Tampa Westshore Airport South
The room was very neglected. The tub was moldy and the tiles were falling apart. There was chips on the floor. I actually waited to get home to shower because it was so gross. The toilet was broken, the furniture was all chipped up, the bed sunk in and I felt springs. I have never seen this before ...

The room was not ready at 3. They made numerous comments why but it took 3 hours of waiting. They did not offer anything because of the delay. It isn’t our fault they have no staff. Too bad it’s a nice hotel and there will be no customers if this type of thing continues.

Quality Inn Airport - Cruise Port
They gave away our room and gave us a cheaper room without any compensation. We paid for a more expensive room! They admitted the error but did nothing to resolve the issue.
