"The property location and views from the hotel rooms are fabulous. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful, even to English-speaking travellers. The building is a bit dated but still very nice. We enjoyed the experience of the set dinners even if we weren't adventurous enough to try every course. Our kids loved sleeping on futons, running around the playground by the beach, and going to the onsens.
