Certainly one of the better and safer places to be. Nice big rooms. Great staff. Hotel needs minor maintenance but certainly our group was happy with the hotel.

Very nice staff, but AC did not work in 2 rooms and way over priced for what it is.

Our Dear guest we have already fix the AC problems now all are working so nice and when you come back you wont get such kind of issue agein and all guests are welcome to Mount Usambara Hotel.

This is a modern hotel with very good facilities. The airport is less than 15mins by taxi but the bus terminal our bus from Lushoto used was a good distance out of town. There were very few other guests which made the place seem a bit strange. Open area on the 7th floor has good view of Tanga.Tanga is not a tourist town and there is very little to see or do there, the hotel does not have tourist information available.
