"The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe."

When I got in, I found that the sheets and bath towels in the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the shower head in the bathroom was about to fall off, and the toilet was also dirty. I won't live in this room anymore."

"Never go back again. When I booked via your website showing on the near the city Centre only 1.4mile but wasn’t too close. We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property. So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer. We’ve been the property which wasn’t ready to let the people stay that we had to wait to change...

"I like the place as there are many F&B outlet within walking distance. I am very disappointed with the process of collecting the key because the door key was taken by someone else. Although the staff did help to get back the key but much of my time is wasted in calling and waiting."
