"Location was fantastic just next to a big shopping mall with lots of restaurants and a park in front However I requested for a room near the lift but was not given , perhaps it’s because I checked in night ! Room was big clean and comfortable "

"The cleaning crew is very nice and friendly. there is a little kitchen with refrigerator but no plates,knives or forks! The breakfast is variety of food especially China origin traditional food! We have a great weekend, will come again!"

They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation.
