resumen este hotel te cobra por todo y estas obligado a consumir dentro del.hotel porque a los alrededores no hay nada pague para 3 personas y en mi villa solo habia 1 cama para 2 personas y tenia que pagar mas por cama suplementaria, consumes y al.final sale el.doble del consumo por taxas inpuesto y por pagar con tarjeta y los precios eran caros el doble o de un hotel de lujo la escurcion no vale la pena pagar desde el.hotel para ir a las cataratas ver los monos etc sale muchisimo mas barato ir por su cuenta eramos 5 nosotros y lo.que cobra el.hotel reaturante paseos son mucho mas caro

Terrible management for a good potential hotel

We had to change room twice, first because door lock was broken, second because there was an extremely strong toilet smell. On third day, our day trip to Gili was canceled on last minute, after making us wait for 1h and with no solution or options provided by hotel. There were also many missing details like no toilet paper, no free bottled water, a cleaning service unfinished, broken toilet light, no sofa in last room, broken speed meter in the motorbike, a single mask for snorkeling,... The pool area, location and restaurant are very nice though, especially if you are looking for relaxation. In brief, an hotel with great potential but terribly managed and with poor attention to details and guests.

Don‘t do it

As we booked the Anema in advance we already read about the Location and the prices, but nobody told us how worse it is. We are no newbies in travelling around South-East-Asia, but this was one of our worst stays in a high-class resort, as they pretend to be „Five-Stars“. To begin with the good things: the rooms are huge and nicely decorated. The staff is also very friendly and always has a smile for you. Also the pool is very good and relaxing. The bad thing about the rooms is that the bathroom stink to high heaven. We woke up during the night and had to open all Windows. Also the jacuzzi on the balcony did not work well and supplies only cold water. The beach isn‘t as good as on the Islands and as in the South of Lombok. So we nearly just used the pool. The food in the Restaurant is ok, but not more - compared to the prices it is absolutely unacceptable. The prices are one big point. Food prices are tripple higher than in the rest of indonesia. On top of this high prices they charge you 21% taxes and 2% credit card fee. To book a scooter they wanted 165k for one day (what is super expensive) and as we read the contract we saw that there are just 30km included - each km more should cost us 0,1usd. We never had that in Asia before... For the transfer to Lombok airport they charged us 600k (taxi price around 200k). To sum this up: we can not recommend this resort - there are a few more hotels which brings you more fun!

Hotel super sympa villa à prendre avec piscine jacuzzi prix pas exorbitant restaurant bien attention prix net ajoutéz 22/100 taxes ! Pas contre excursion prise à l hôtel super mais reportee au lendemain à 5 'du départ ! ,, Commande de taxis super sauf le dernier jour commande 2 jours avant pour 7 h et oubli de la réception qui a rectifié le tir à 7h40 nous sommes partis à 7h45 pour un vol à 9.50 trajet qui dure que 1h45 imaginez enregistrement au pas de charge car l avion à décolle 10 'avant

Lækker tur til paradis

Fantastisk udsigt og service! Aldrig har jeg oplevet noget lignende. Turen ind til de to vandfald var fantastisk. Boede der i tre nætter, og det var måske lige i overkanten ift aktiviteter i området hvis man ikke skal bestige Rinjani. For: udsigt, service, paradis og vandfald. Imod: dødt område.

プール付きのヴィラで部屋は最高です。好きな時に周りの目を気にせずノンビリと泳ぐことが出来ます。 食事はホテル内でしか食べられないので、長期滞在だと少し飽きてしまうことだけが難点です。

Relaxing and Peaceful

This resort is so relaxing and offers great private villas with pools. The island is lovely and there are some stunning places to see. Do not expect prices to be like Bali though. There is a 21% service charge for all food and drinks, which adds up and overall the costs of things is higher than expected. However, this is a small price to pay for the opportunity to spend time on this side of the island. Staff here are lovely and work hard to assist you. Very respectful of privacy as well. This is a great place to unwind and chill out.

Nice stay with family

A happy trip with family. The hotel has not yet grand opening, very few clients. Located at a very quiet place, a little bit isolated though. Very relaxing, good food quality, yet the price is not as budget, still affordable. Very spacious room, super big bathroom. Nice people, good service, there are more hotel people than clients during our stay.(the whole hotel only had our family and another couple) Felt we were really the masters of the hotel, haha.

Geheimtipp an einsamer Bucht

Trotz nicht so herausragender Bewertungen buchten wir für November einen fast dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dieser neuen Hotelanlage (Eröffnung 2016). Wir waren vorbereitet - das Hotel befand sich noch in einer sogenannten Soft-Opening-Phase und man musste mit ein paar Anlaufproblemen rechnen - dachten wir. Aber nichts dergleichen passierte. Wir fanden eine neue, gepflegte Anlage vor, das Zimmer entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen. Es war immer ausreichend und zu jeder Zeit warmes Wasser zum Duschen vorhanden, das Internet funktionierte zuverlässig und in besserer Qualität, als es in deutschen Hotels der Fall ist (15 MB/s). Der Zimmerservice gab keinen Anlaß zu Kritik, das Personal war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es gab hin und wieder mal kurze Stromausfälle, was aber typisch für ganz Lombok ist und nicht wirklich den Aufenthalt negativ beeinträchtigte. Der große Pool, direkt am Meer gelegen, entsprach einem europäischen technischen Standard, was vor allem die Wasserqualität anbelangt - klares, geruchsneutrales Süßwasser auf Grund der vorgeschalteten Filteranlage. Die Lage der Anlage war auch nicht zu toppen - direkt an einer ruhigen Bucht ohne Durchgangsverkehr. In Nachbarschaft mit großem Abstand befanden sich nur exklusive Hotelanlagen (gewusst warum!), deren Anwesenheit jedoch nicht spürbar war. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen, zumal wir sehr oft die ganze Anlage für uns allein hatten, da die Gäste ausblieben.

Très bel hôtel. Loin de tout (1h30 voir plus de l'aéroport) et donc rien à faire dans les environs mais le cadre est tout simplement magnifique ! Le personnel est impeccable, je tiens vraiment à les saluer car c'est le coeur même de cet hôtel. Ils sont chaleureux, serviables et souriants. Prêts à vous aider pour n'importe quoi, surtout le personnel du bar auquel on a eu à faire le plus souvent. Le chauffeur de l'hôtel aussi est un gars super gentil et serviable (son prénom est Arun ou quelque chose dans ce genre). Il vous aidera sans même demander quoi que ce soit. Respect à lui. Sinon notre séjour s'est magnifiquement bien passé. Le seul problème à l'Anema c'est le prix de la nourriture et de tout le reste. Les prix sont plus élevés qu'en Europe alors que le propriétaire achète ses produits au prix local ! On a eu l'impression qu'il profitait de l'isolement de l'hôtel pour plumer les clients ! On étaient choqués de comparer ses prix avec les prix extérieurs pour les mêmes produits. Si vous voulez vous y rendre, FAITES VOS COURSES AVANT CAR C'EST DU VOL !!!

Terrible Stay

Horrific stay! We were "upgraded" to a pool room that had dirty linen, smelly bathroom and dirty towels. It was obvious that house-keeping did not have time nor cared for cleanliness. We enquired about how the TV worked and were then advised that there was a problem with the cable connection and we should instead use the WIFI to watch videos from our phones instead! They did bring a DVD player and DVDs afterwards. Everything is charged in USD (and converted to IDR at checkout) except for food from the restaurant. The "spa" is a makeshift shed with a curtain at the front and is not relaxing at all! The spa prices are even higher than big name chain hotels but the quality and surrounding is worst than the local massage places. That was the impression throughout our stay. This property charges "luxury" prices but offers below average amenities and service. This is probably a result of poor management and perhaps underpaid staff. We have not seen less happier faces during our entire time in Lombok. We will definitely NOT be returning and will advise all against staying at this property.

Schönes Strandhotel mit Startschwierigkeiten

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt im Anema Resort. Direkt bei Ankunft erhielten wir eine kostenlose Massage für 25 Minuten. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr groß, genauso wie das Badezimmer. Vom Bett aus konnte man direkt auf den Strand schauen, der sehr geräumige Balkon war mit einem Jacuzzi ausgestattet. Leider hat das Resort momentan noch mit einigen Problemen zu kämpfen, wahrscheinlich weil die ganze Anlage erst kürzlich eröffnet hat. So hatten wir zumindest zeitweise kein Wasser oder nur mit sehr geringem Druck. Auch kam teilweise ein unangenehmer Geruch aus den Abflüssen im Bad. Da es unser erster Aufenthalt auf Lombok war, kann ich den dortigen Standart nur schwer einschätzen. Besonders positiv muss das Personal erwähnt werden, dieses war sowohl am Empfang, Restaurant und Spa überraus freundlich und jederzeit darauf bedacht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sollten die technischen Probleme behoben werden, würde ich dem Hotel die Bewertung Hervorragend geben.

静かにゆっくり過ごしたい方にオススメです。子供たちも安心してプールで遊ぶことができます。ビーチに面していますが、そのビーチからシュノーケル等で遊ぶにはあまり適していません。濁っていたからです。でも、150m程沖に出れば魚達が見られます。ホテル以外の食事場所は近くにはありません。 しかし、ロケーションはかなりいいですよ。

Price paid was not worth it, poor facilities.

There are no tv and Internet services. Only one cafe with very few choices. Expensive for a remote hotel. No snack bar. Toilets are very dirty and sub per for the cafeteria and general uses area. No parking spot. Dragging luggage a challenge.
