5 star experience from the service, location, room, amenities and to top it off, the incredible views you get from breakfast and your room. They provided free shuttles into town and back. The property is located on one of most beautiful sea coast. There is a sea side and saltwater pool area, with platform for direct sea access. Buffet breakfast something for everyone. Easy access to food and drink around pool and sea area. Although drink prices are a bit steep… but you are on holiday! They offer room service and shuttle bus to and from town of Taormina above (a must see) for shopping, dining, and cocktails. Great location to Isolate Bella, tram, Mt Etna tours. Rooms are average and balcony a must! Ciao.

Stunning property! The most gorgeous private beach and pool views in Taormina. Absolutely breathtaking. Our room was newly renovated and we had an amazing view ocean view of Isola Bella. Could not ask for anything more, The only thing we wish is that we could stay longer. Cannot wait to come back again.

Wonderful hotel just outside Taormina but with free shuttle. Views are amazing, pool area is stunning. The staff was wonderful- very kind and helpful. Had dinner and Le Grand Bleu twice and food and service was excellent. A big hotel but feels like a family run hotel. Will absolutely return.

The bathrooms are the largest issue. The shower fixture being mounted in the middle of the tub/shower makes it so you can only use 1/2 of the total space. Not well designed. The pool staff are lovely and drinks are great. Once we requested items we needed (tea pot, robes, working hairdryer - all items provided quickly. (It would be better if they’re there without having to ask.) Shuttle to town was a great feature and well used. Breakfast was okay. Good assortment but could have better pastries instead of hotdogs or chicken wings. Pool could use floats to use instead of just shared. Over all and great stay and price is on par with what is delivered.

I generally do not give negative reviews but this hotel condition deserves one. Ideal location on the beach and wonderful pool overlooking the Bay. Convenient shuttle into Taormina. The hotel itself is very dated and in need of signifant upgrades. Staff were generally not helpful with inquiries especially front desk. In fact when asked about water for drinking was advised not to drink from the tap and then informed that they only provided one bottle (box) of water on first night. Eggs at the buffet were runny and the bread hard and stale. All this for over $1000 per night. The hotel is in a prime location and they definitely charge a premium for the location but generally the hotel rooms, lobby and common areas and service are more reflective of a motel as opposed to a top notch hotel.

Room are very spacious and modern. We were upgrade to a refurbished room Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day has a great view of the bay and Etna The beach through the cave is picturesque then when shaded in the afternoon we moved to the many beds up by the pool Pool bars are good for drinks and snack

Unbelievable hotel!!! The location along the coast is absolutely gorgeous. The pool & restaurant is stunning but the real spectacular part is the private beach through the cave. Unbelievable. Safe, secure, not crowded, clean, spectacular water & bar, for drinks & snacks. Really a gem! You lose the sun later in the day, so take advantage early on. Bring good sandals / water shoes. The rocks & pebbles going down to the water can be tough on the feet. You’ll love this place! I really enjoyed my time here!!

For the amount of money you pay per night for a high star property you expect high quality service, amenities, cleanliness and maintenance. The resort is extremely outdated especially the rooms including the motel like bathrooms which were the worse. The room smelled old, furniture needs updating, repainted and bathroom needs much revamp. The hotel dirty hall rugs need to ripped out and the amount of money they make needs to be put towards a complete renovation. Even the parking is a disaster there and free shuttle is limited. Would have been nice to be informed at check in their was a free breakfast buffet too since sometimes you don’t get the memo by email. The only nice thing about the hotel is the view, pool, beach and food is decent which is where the 2 stars come in. Other than that not even worth the money you spend there. Such a disappointment.
