Great place to bring kids. Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Easy parking with a shuttle right to the building where your riomnis located. Easy breakfast location and diner locations. Great hotel with a very quiet surrounding.

Hotel is clean and comfortable! My kids love the big tub that can enjoy hot springs in room. It locates in mid level so it’s quiet at night. It is around 30 mins away from the airport, but only taxi can reach there, no other public transport available. If you want to go to night market, the closest one is ChongLi 中壢night market, which takes around 20 mins by car. All the hotel staff are very helpful. It is a very enjoyable stay.

The facilities are very rundown and the room is horribly old and even the bathroom door is missing and not replace. There is total no place to put the towel and noting to hang the towel or clothing when you taking show. Worst still is that there is no hot water for the shower during the cold winter for all the rooms I had booked for myself and my guests. Horrible!!!!

I will keep this review brief: Our AC leaked water which I slipped but luckily didn’t hurt myself. The hotel denied prior knowledge of this but there was water in the trash can which was placed under the AC unit and dehumidifier running on high when we came into the room. They upgraded our room the next day which was in much better condition and comp few kid activities so we let it go. However, we never did get to talked to the manager in person. I have do say that the upgraded room was what I expected from the beginning and looked similar to the online pictures. Our first room was outdated but not dirty. The walls, floors and couches just looks old. It was also first floor which was noisy, poor plumbing, and full of mosquitoes. Hotel check in is next to the parking lot which is across the street from the logging. They shuttle you to your room during check in and check out only. The streets are very steep so not ideal for handicap people. The steps to our building was very poorly kept and my children almost tripped. Even though we elected payment with local currency upon arrival, the hotel still did a pre-authorization charge of entire amount on my credit card. Most hotels will only charge 1 night or less but they did the entire amount which prompted me to call and had to be transferred couple of times to get someone to reassure me. By the way I contacted Expedia via chat first but the rep was not helpful at all. Basically told me to deal with hotel myself!!

報到櫃檯和實際住宿地點不在同一處，需要停好車後拎著大包小包搭接駁車（高爾夫球車）前往。住宿地點很多地方還在改建、翻修，看起來有點像廢墟，和照片根本不同，有被騙的感覺。

除了廁所門太窄，跟沒有提供拖鞋外，其他設施都很不錯。小孩早上免費DIY捏黏土做了一個草莓蛋糕很高興，旁邊還有林間步道可悠閒散步，飯店位在山區但離龍潭市區10分鐘車程，食物買一買再上去入住比較方便。

服務人員都很熱情，房間清潔度待加強，進門打赤腳就踩到餅乾屑，浴池旁有頭髮，馬桶蓋放下後更是恐怖。金spa設施老舊。不過每一個工作人員都很熱情友善親切。

這次預定一泊二食，在check in 時，櫃檯小姐並未告知晚餐的使用方式只有告知第二天早餐的方式。 我們以為沒有晚餐便出外覓食。 早餐時，早餐的服務先生人很好，幫我們問， 確認後是前一晚很多客人沒有來吃晚餐。 我們則被請去問報到櫃檯，服務小姐則是用微笑打馬虎，說是晚餐會用話術來提醒客人有晚餐。 不清楚什麼是話術，是否不願意客人用晚餐。 只能在微笑中話術中退房。 建議清楚告知客人如何使用晚餐。

一開始的入住的房間冷氣漏水，下面就是電源了，很危險，修不好，隔天換房。兩間房都是偏髒，地上一堆毛，被子都有髒髒的，每次清潔後，上面都會有眼睫毛。廁所的馬桶跟門十分近，關上門後基本上腳會頂到門。然後淋浴間的燈光偏暗，浴池上面木頭一直掉出來，使用時一直看到在飄浮，泡完後排水時的聲音也很大。還有是房間隔音不太好，電梯的聲音都一直傳到房間裡。
