"repeated warm water issues, people on the ground try to be helpful, management just waits until you are gone. Same experience for 2 other groups we talked to, everybody just wants to enjoy their time and rather not keep on trying to get their tents fixed. Very few people are here longer than 3 days."

"This camp has given me mixed feelings, and I will share their st ong points as well as where they lack practicality.
The camp, although seasonal for now, is wonderfully organized, well designed, hint of vintage British explorer era, but good quality furniture and linen. The staff was great, very attentive and sensible with our needs, woke up early to assist us in the time leading to our balloon safari, at 5 AM, and we're flexible with meal hours during our stay, we greatly appreciated everyone!...
