Good experience

We chose this hotel since we landed late at night and had to goto the airport for an early flight next morning. Hotel answered to our needs for pick up and drop off, quiet floor, clean and comfy beds, and even offered to provide breakfast sandwich at 5am which is considerate but which we politely declined. As a hotel for transit purpose this is a great option

Beautiful hotel

This is a beautiful, new hotel. The rooms are a great size, clean & comfortable. There could have been more soundproofing as we could hear the TV & voices from other rooms. Communication was great even before booking the hotel as they responded quickly to email inquiries. The breakfast was very good. The hot food was different all the five days we were there, and we could order eggs to be freshly made as we wanted. The pastries were amazing! There is a small shop next door which was convenient for buying water. The business conference room was useful for working in during the day. The gym, spa and pool were great too. Special mention about Zaina at the restaurant who was always very friendly & helpful and brought a slice of cake when she heard it was our daughter's birthday. "Don't disturb me" signs could have been provided to let the housekeeping know when we were in the room. There is a lovely kids' play area through the breakfast room but it is not marked or advertised well so please ask about it at the reception.

Hotel is new and in great condition, staff are kind. But they are very slow and need proper training I think. Restaurant service is slow. I had to wait with small kid for 1,5 h to get our food (it was delicious, but such a slow service) I visited the same hotel again in a few months and the same experience. Breakfast was not ready in the morning and nobody is the restaurant to prepare and we had to leave without breakfast.
