"Valet parking is a $39 additional charge per night. Can add up a bit if staying for a while and you have to wait for 30 minutes for them to bring your car to you. Seems like an unnecessary expense but it can’t be avoided if you decide to bring a car when you visit."

"The room was clean and fairly well-maintained. The staff provided satisfactory service and polite, and the location was highly convenient with beautiful interior design. We encountered some concerns regarding the plumbing system in the ground floor rooms, specifically the noticeable sound of water usage from the upper floors. Additionally, the air conditioning unit, despite being switched off, emitted noise approximately every two hours throughout the night. We've left food in fridge and next...

"I cannot fault this stay. It’s close to the main streets, food options are a short drive and a private luxury location feel. the breakfast is wonderful and the view is amazing of the mountains with snow on it! The rooms are nice and the bathroom floor is heated which is unreal in the cold weather. The staff were amazing and very attentive. One of my favourite stays!"
