"Great property and pretty nice staff. Convenient location with comfortable rooms. The staff is also helpful in most instances. My only feedback is that in the evening the lobby bar turns into a bar open to the public. It is very trendy and hotel guests are not prioritized for service. We waited 45 minutes for a drink. Was never served because we gave up on waiting. Staff was not helpful in resolving this waiting issue. "

"The staff were extremely nice and helpful, the breakfast provided in the morning was always delicious, everything was clean and well maintained and the wifi was very reliable. If i ever come back to tbilisi i would be sure to book the same hotel. The roof has one of the best views of tbilisi. Staff could speak english and russian fluently. Also an easy walk away from both old town and nearby grocery stores."

Considering Tbilisi is built on hills and the hotel on a hillside, a definite plus of the hotel is that every ( I think) room has a balcony. The rooms are very clean, staff very helpful and the breakfasts although not extensive are beautifully presented and there’s more than enough to set you up for the day. "I stayed here for four nights and the hotel had a casual chic about it. The rooms aren’t huge but they are well appointed. The bathrooms are very nice too. Considering Tbilisi is built on hills and the hotel on a hillside, a definite plus of the hotel is that every ( I think) room has a balcony. The rooms are very clean, staff very helpful and the breakfasts although not extensive are beautifully presented and there’s more than enough to set you up for the day. The area around is quite bohemian in a quiet kind of way but it is pretty central. Be prepared for a short walk up the hill, seems steep but it’s not long. I don’t think with that in mind that this hotel would be good for those with mobility problems. "
