Lovely hotel, lovely trip to Georgia
Our stay was lovely! It’s a nice little hotel in a nice location, surrounded with parks and close to the river. Walking distance from most places. The rooms are a bit tight but great for a couple with a couple of bags. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, service is excellent!

This is the place to stay in Tbilisi! We could not have been happier with our stay, the room and location are perfect. If you are coming to Tbilisi, don’t bother with anywhere but here. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a long time.

Extremely Disappointing. Avoid!
The stay took on a negative vibe immediately upon arrival. It was the first property out of five during my stay in Tbilisi to not make the room available until check-in. Front desk staff was argumentative and borderline rude about where to place my bag while I waited in the bar for the room. I asked for the email address for ownership, and they gave me an info email address, which supposedly belonged to the general manager. Upon emailing that address, I immediately received the response with another generic email. Clearly the staff wanted to keep me from having contact with the ownership group. The room is small with a strange layout. Would not return and as somebody who stays 150 nights a year in different properties, I can tell you there are much better boutique hotels in Tbilisi.

As for the check-in, hotel regular check-in time is 2 PM, you arrived at 12:00, since we had 100% occupancy, there were no possibility to make the room earlier and we provided you the room at 1:45 PM. Concerning the luggage, in a very polite way reception asked you to leave your bag in Luggage Storage until check-in time as it is the hotel rule do not allow suitcases in the Restaurant. Very pleasant warm and friendly stay in Tbilisi
I was very pleased with my 1 night stay at Taberne. So many little touches at the hotel really made it so welcoming. The checkin was smooth, room small but clean and everything working well in good condition, comfortable bed, strong fast wifi. Our breakfast hostess gave us the biggest smile and welcome in the morning while we listened to live piano music. The hotel was not busy so they were able to offer later checkout. Thank you so much and I will be back!

Nice hotel
The hotel is clean, cozy, and located in a convenient area. There's nothing disappointed me about this hotel. One of the few things deteriorated comfort during my stay was noise from outside (probably a nightclub or something nearby) in the night.

though at first we found the street a bit weird, we liked the hotel location, walkable to almost everywhere. the room was clean and comfy. breakfast can be improved but ok. overall it was good and recommendable.
