Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was beautiful! They couldn't do enough for you and all the staff treated us like royalty. Shuttle/private car to Ubud centre was really handy. Experience team made such an effort to make our honeymoon special with little extras to make it special Pool was a little chilly but that Is the only thing I can think of that wasn't perfect!

Such a great experience we had , the staff was so nice and the service personalised. The room view is just astonishing. Definitely one of the best hotel experience I ever had .

We stayed in a one bed villa with a private pool, the villa itself was beautiful and spacious, the veranda and the private pool area have wonderful views, perfect at any time of day. The complimentary mini bar, breakfast and afternoon tea were all wonderful, there was a great selection at breakfast and the staff looked after us very well, making sure that we had enough. The afternoon tea contained different sandwiches and cakes every day for our 5 days. I will return as soon as possible.

Amazing hotel....in the middle of jungle. The staff were great and our room was updated and super clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, continental as well as full English. Tanah Gajah was by far the most relaxing vacation my wife and I have ever had. From our villa with infiti pool looking on to the rice paddies to the private walled accomodation, the extensive beautifully designed gardens, wonderful food by chef Dean, everything superb! Staff couldn’t do enough and everyone, from ground staff to housekeeping to management should be proud of your customer services, a truly fantastic experience, my wife and I can’t wait to come back.

We loved our 4 night stay at Maya Ubud! The hotel is secluded, in the middle of the jungle, and has 2 amazing infinity pools. The staff is super nice and helpful. Great spa in an incredible setting with very good treatments. The rooms are average though and the condition of the furniture not great.

Beautiful place. Nicely designed. Lovely rooms. Very private. Staff are so genuinely nice and kind, everyone seems happy to be there. Excellent training for staff they are very helpful. Amazing breakfast options. Wonderful juices. Coconut water on tap ☺️. Walkable to Central Ubud, but a bit challenging in the heat, better to take shuttle. Spa is super nice but expensive.

The hotel is not overstated, and has great energy. Staff really friendly and cute - other guests nice too. Some really great views, fantastic free yoga and an amazing spa in the forest. Also love Ubud - very spiritual and artistic area. Traffic a grind but that's the whole of Bali for you, especially at xmas

Alila Ubud is a heaven on earth. Located in the raw jungle, quiet, comfortable, the best for the relax and romantic getaway. Infinity pool is absolutely amazing, food is great and healthy, service is exceptional. We enjoyed spa relaxation, walking around the hotel territory, and as a bonus, wild monkeys came to our balconies and we enjoyed such an exotic company! Absolutely loved, best vacation ever!

We had a lovely stay at Puri Sebali resort. The staff were very friendly on our arrival and we were given a welcome drink before being shown to the room. The room was very comfortable and on the whole very clean apart from an empty sugar packet left on the floor and a couple of stains on the bed sheets. One of the most beautiful and special places we have stayed - surrounded by nature, stunning building. Everyone was amazingly caring, helpful, professional and friendly. Delicious food and the best spa treatments ever. Communication was quick and easy, we wanted for nothing. We will be back!

The most spectacular place and so quiet even though be the hub of things. Gorgeous rice fields to look at while at the infinity pool. Happy friendly staff. Gorgeous room although could do with a few hooks for towels around the sink. amazing seven flower Balinese bath in my room organised at the spa where I also had an amazing facial. Loved every minute and will definitely be back again. Yoga barn right next door an extra bonus!

It was an excellent experience! We were greeted with their staff upon arrival and we were kindly shown around the Dining corner in the restaurant located in the resort and then we were taken to our one bed private villa and pool, and given a 'Happy Honeymoon' cake which was delicious!
