It was a very hot day and either the hotel system could not keep up or was failing. Our room was no different. Stifling hot. We adjusted the temp down but it literally took 10 hours to cool down. "We LOVED this hotel. The location was perfect and centrally located to walk around and explore Barcelona. It was safe and clean and the staff were SO friendly. My husband and I loved the pitcher of Sangria we had at their restaurant and also the vegetable paella we had there was the best we ever had! SO good. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We got to the hotel very early 9:30 am and staff tried to find us a room but none were available. They were able to securely store our luggage until our room was ready and gave us some tips on where to go while waiting for our room. Staff was very nice and helpful with checkin/checkout and arranging a cab for very early morning flight. The pool area was not very nice and got crowded very quickly. The pool is small with very little shaded seating spots which were needed as it got very hot in...

"First the AC does NOT work, there is currently a heat wave in Europe and the AC doesnt work properly, told the lady at the front desk and she was just like hmmm. The beds are uncomfortable and the room decor looks like a hospital room. This hotel was a complete dissapointment."
